The use of the Site constitutes the acceptance of present Regulations, which are to be understood as an Agreement between Parties (the Website owner and the User). If you do not accept the Website Regulations, you can not use the website and our services offered on Prestige International Recruitment may terminate services and access to the website with immediate effect, without providing an explanation, if a persistent breach of present Regulations takes place on the side of the User.

Prestige International Recruitment bears no liability for: – technical problems or computer limitations on the side of the User which prevent the User from accessing the Services; – any loss resulting from a termination of Services by the including termination due to a breach of law or present Regulations on the side of the User; – any User’s actions contrary to the law and Regulations, which could have negative results for others; – unavailability of the Site and/or Services due to technical issues, maintenance, implementation of improvements; – errors at the Site which are outside of our control.
